When is personal information collected online?
Applications:
When
you apply for either a deposit account or a loan, or when you
enroll in Internet Banking, you will be asked for personal information
in order to process your application. The bank and its business
partners who will help provide you with the requested product
or service may retain this information.
Internet Banking and Bill Paying:
When
you bank online with Online Banking or use the bill paying feature
offered by NorthWest Bank & Trust and our business partner
who helps us deliver these services to you, we will have access
to your business information. This information is retained on
either the bank's or our partner's systems in order to provide
you with the services you have requested.
E-mail:
When you send us an e-mail, we will retain the content of your e-mail, your
e-mail address, and our response in order to handle any follow-up questions
that you may have.
Can I be taken off any solicitation lists?
Sometimes we send our customers information about products and services
that we think will be of interest to them. If you do not wish

Can I check my personal information to see if it is correct?
If you have any reason to believe that your personal information
retained at NorthWest Bank & Trust is inaccurate, please

if appropriate, update the bank's records.
